This 90-minute practice invites you into breathwork, mindful gentle movement and yoga nidra to quiet the conscious mind, soothe the nervous system, and access the subconscious. Just as we tend to the body, here we tend to the subconscious, softening, unwinding, and nourishing inner spaciousness.
Live ambient music will support flow. A scent journey will help awaken the sensing body.

- Bring: comfortable clothes, layers, water bottle. Mats and props provided.
