Join for an evening of collective presence and deep rest. This 90-minute practice invites you into breathwork, mindful gentle movement and yoga nidra to quiet the conscious mind, soothe the nervous system, and access the subconscious. Just as we tend to the body, here we tend to the subconscious, softening, unwinding, and nourishing inner spaciousness.

Live ambient music will support flow. A scent journey will help awaken the sensing body.

Details

  • Duration: 90 minutes workshop + 30 minutes slow exit
  • Bring: comfortable clothes, layers, water bottle. Mats and props provided.


About Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a laying down form of guided meditation that offers deep rest, calming the nervous system and opening pathways to deeper presence. In this liminal space, subconscious patterns surface gently, making room for clarity, creativity, and renewal.
