Who can attend this event?

Any woman or person who identifies as a woman may attend.

Expect to be lovingly embraced in a container of non-judgmental women on their healing path. There will be guided meditation, journaling, breathwork, soundbathing, story telling and plenty of quiet to tune into yourself. The space is beautiful, ADA accessible, healing and comfortable.

Water bottle Journal Loose, comfortable clothes A blanket or bolster for comfort if you like.
