Course Overview:

This is the first core module of Pneuma Transpersonal Training, steeped in the analysis and investigation of human nature, which includes the study of the values of consciousness and the transcendence of the ego. We learn to integrate the map of the personal process that ancient traditions have provided, along with the tools they have proposed, to propel us beyond merely the healing of physical or psychological symptoms, but ultimately towards self-realization. This fundamental module provides insight into personal, mental, and emotional processes, offering techniques that enable us to transcend suffering and conflict, overcome toxic emotional patterns, and eliminate addictions to self-sabotaging behaviors, guiding us towards fully embracing peace and harmony, which is our true nature. It offers the first step toward Integral Wellbeing, an integrated state of Awakening also known as Self-Realization.

Ten transformative weeks to rediscover your true nature. This course is more than a class — it’s an invitation to a new way of living.

You’ll be guided through:

• Ten 90-minute class meetings designed to inspire, support, and walk with you through your process of exploration and awakening.
• Three Pneuma Breathwork sessions — a $180 value on its own. This is a profound opportunity to have direct experience of the teachings.

Tuition: $375 for the entire program, less than $40 per class — including all three Pneuma Breathwork sessions — for ten weeks of insight, practice, and ongoing transformation.
