Hi there! I'm Michele and I am so excited to share that I just graduated from IFS/Inner Child Coaching (ICF accredited) and completed my master’s degree in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation, and I’m excited to begin offering IFS-inspired 1:1 coaching.
To kick off the new year, I’m offering 2 FREE 1:1 coaching spots for a 4-week Inner Child & IFS Parts Work experience.
If you choose Tuesdays in January the dates are January 6, 13, 20, and 27, 7-7:50 pm EST. (See other listing for ticket sales)
If you choose Saturdays in January the dates are January 10, 17,24, and 31, 2-2:50 pm EST.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, powerful approach that helps you:

• Work with protective and inner child parts
• Build self-compassion

• Feel more grounded, calm, and connected
