This two-hour class begins with a short guided meditation to help you ground, relax, and shake off the day. From there, we’ll dive into intuitive art-making designed to spark creativity, connection, and laughter.

This isn’t about being “good” at art—it’s about enjoying the process, letting go of judgment, and making something that feels joyful to YOU. 🎨
