Do I have to lay down during the sound bath?

You can feel free to sit however comfortable or lay down. Please let us know if you need a chair.

Can I participate in a sound bath? (Health Info)

Sound baths are generally safe. However, individuals with sound induced epilepsy should not participate. Those with pacemakers, metal implants, shunts/stents, brain stimulation devices, deep vein thrombosis, and pregnancy in the first or third trimester should consult a doctor before participating.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, as well as anything else you need to feel comfortable. Other suggestions are a pillow, eye mask, water, towel or bolster for under your knees.
