About the Virtual Experience

This year’s conference will take place 100% virtually on Hopin, an interactive online conference platform.

Hopin provides a powerful experience that emphasizes audience engagement. The tool offers ways for participants to join interactive workshops, one-on-one networking, live chat opportunities, and more.

• Each registered attendee will receive a unique link to access the Hopin platform a day before the event. If you have questions about how to access the conference, contact gatherings@inn.org.

• Our online event platform Hopin is optimized to be accessed on a desktop or laptop computer using the Google Chrome browser. While there is a Hopin Mobile App, we highly recommend using a computer to join as the mobile experience may limit some interactivity features.

• When signing up a team, please list a unique email address for each team member. Because a unique link will be assigned to each individual, do not use something like team@example.com to register multiple team members. Instead, use each team member's respective email during checkout (e.g., bob@example.com, sally@example.com, etc.).

Recording Notice

INN Days is subject to being photographed, video/audio-recorded, screen captured, or live-streamed. Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors may be captured via these formats. All conference sessions, materials and activities are subject to recording by INN and may be reproduced in part or whole and distributed or used in any way consistent with INN’s mission.

Recordings of select sessions will be made available within a few weeks after the event on inn.org.
