Join us for this installation of the Inheritors of Memory Speaker Series as we enter our third season!
Beverley Silver shares the story of both of her parents, Jewish Holocaust survivors Johanna Stern Moss and Malcolm Moss.
Her mother, Johanna Stern Moss escaped Germany on a Kindertransport to the UK in 1938. Her grandmother was instrumental in her being placed and accepted for the Kindertransport.
Johanna spent 7 years in the UK before she was reunited with her father, Alfred Stern, in the United States. Her video clips make her story come to life through her memories.
Johanna married another survivor, Malcolm Moss in the US.
