Bill Alderson is a veteran network security forensics expert and U.S. Navy Vietnam-era veteran with more than 40 years of experience solving some of the world’s most critical IT challenges. At the startup of Network General Sniffer, the industry’s first packet analyzer, he helped pioneer modern network analysis. Since then, he has assisted 75 of the Fortune 100 companies in resolving complex performance and security issues, and has certified more than 4,000 professionals in forensics. After 9/11, Bill restored communications at the Pentagon and later supported U.S. Central Command missions globally. Today, he leads the Security Institute and co-hosts the MorpheusCyber.com podcast, exploring the convergence of AI, quantum, cyber, crypto, and robotics.
