About this event
A free training designed for help-desk, information hotline, front-line volunteers and other staff who work with the public to provide information about programs and services for older people in Marin. Specialists will share their expertise and resources through presentations and audience Q&A.
This workshop will cover basic services for older adults. AAI will also offer a workshop on November 12 on end-of-life resources and programs for Marin residents. Register for the November 12 workshop here: https://informandconnect2019-2.eventbrite.com
A free networking lunch will be provided.
