Infinity Breath is a practice that empowers anyone anywhere to feel energized, inspired, and fully alive. Ancient pranayama techniques that direct and circulate oxygen in the body result in positive shifts in our physical, psychological, emotional, and electrical systems. Infinity Breath is always an all-levels practice, believing that anyone still breathing can learn to develop these specialized skills. The Foundations training hours are spent introducing the vocabulary, concepts, and practical applications of several curated pranayama techniques derived from multiple ancient lineages.

  • Proper Breath Mechanics (Physiology and Energetics)
  • Prana and Apana (Life Force Energy and Eliminative Heat)
  • Vayus and Nadis (Storehouses and Channels of Energy)
  • Kumbhaka and Bhandas (Breath Suspension Applications)
  • Mudras and Drishtis (Applied Meditation Enhancements)
  • Practicum (14 Techniques for Experience and Facilitation)

No prior experience is necessary.

* Infinity Breath Foundations certificates will be granted upon completion of the 10 in-person training hours plus the completion of a 40-day at-home practice and 'teaching video' submission.

NAOMI WILDER

Naomi Wilder, M.A. began learning simple breath techniques in 2001 when studying Kali Ray's TriYoga method. In 2010, Naomi immersed herself in the ancient pranayama practices from the lineage of Kundalini yoga, known for its extensive, vigorous, and prolific archive of over 1000 breath techniques. While studying with one of her teachers, Naomi committed to a 40-day, 30-minute daily breath practice. She emerged a completely different being; more vitality, patience, and psychic awareness. Reverently inspired by her transformation, in 2024, she founded INFINITY BREATH. In this inaugural year, she led a global online journey, creating different monthly sequences for subscribers who successfully completed 365-days of pranayama practice. She presently leads breathwork at 1440 Multiversity, teaches Kundalini at Breath + Oneness, and offers INFINITY BREATH certification courses globally.
