About this event

Parents, Grandparents or other caregivers are welcome to join our Physical Therapists to learn the importance of tummy time and practice techniques and exercises with your baby.

This class is for babies from 2 weeks to 8 months old.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time, bring your baby and a blanket as this class is interactive with baby & mostly on the floor.

This class is held in the outpatient rehab institute at Memorial West.

Please park and enter through Outpatient Rehab facility!
