Infant Massage

In this introductory workshop you will learn to communicate love and respect through the nurturing touch of infant massage. Some of the benefits of infant massage include: ~Increased connection/bonding~Increased relaxation for both baby and caregiver~Better sleep ~Improved circulation and Increased body awareness as babies develop

Cost is $15 per family. This class is intended for parents or caretakers. Class can be taken prenatally or it can be taken with infants up to 3 months.  One ticket covers attendance for up to two caregivers.
