Indy Reads Volunteer Info Session, In-Person

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Indy Reads! Please click the link on this page to register for the Volunteer Info Session date you selected on the survey.

In-Person Sessions are at 12pm on every second Friday!

If you are interested in a Virtual Info Session, those take place on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6pm. You will need to register on the Virtual Info Session EventBrite.

Join us in reaching 100% literacy for all! 1 in 6 Hoosiers cannot read above a fifth-grade level. At Indy Reads, our mission is to build the literacy, English language, and job readiness skills to empower adults and families to reach their full potential.

As a volunteer with Indy Reads, you will make a difference for our students every day. Whether you serve in a Community Classroom (virtual or in-person), in our community bookstore in Fountain Square, or as a one-time Day of Service participant, your time and talent will have a vital impact as we strive for 100% literacy for all.
