This training provides targeted technical assistance (TA) aligned with the Bureau of Special Education Support’s Indicator Monitoring process and supports data-informed leadership and continuous improvement efforts related to assessment participation and performance. Participants will be introduced to the Tiered Review Process for Indicator 3, will gain a clear understanding of each Indicator 3 measurement and its implications, and will gain access to tools, strategies, and resources to support improved assessment outcomes for students with disabilities. All districts looking to gain a clear understanding of each section of Indicator 3 are encouraged to register for this training, however, this training is specifically designed for districts identified as "Needs Assistance" in any of the following Indicator 3 areas:
· 3A: Participation
· 3B: Proficiency
· 3C: Alternate Assessment Proficiency
· 3D: Gap in Proficiency
