Learn to use mindfulness skills to improve your resilience.

About this Event

This 4-week class will teach you basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, help you understand your emotions and triggers, and increase your ability to respond more positively to people and situations. Participants should plan to attend all four classes and have their video turned on during group discussions.

Presented by Live Well Watertown, a Watertown Health Department program. Taught by Stephanie Venizelos, Certified Wellness Practitioner and Community Wellness Program Manager for the Watertown Health Department. Registration is required, and you will be signing up to attend all four sessions. Space is limited.

By registering for this event, you are registering for four (4) sessions of this class. The class will meet on April 15, 22, 29, and May 6.
