Rolling Interest Informational Session

After School Matters is seeking Employee Instructors (EI) and Community-Based Organizations (CBO) interested in providing after-school programs during the upcoming School Year 2026 (Fall 2025 and Spring 2026) sessions. These program providers will mentor and share their expertise with high school teens by delivering a wide range of program opportunities across the city of Chicago in our four main content areas: Arts, Communication & Leadership, Sports, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

This in-person event is your chance to learn about our Rolling Interest process.

  • Stop in to discuss your idea with members of our Programs team.
  • Ask questions and get feedback from various ASM departments involved in the Rolling Interest process.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Feel free to use GPS for driving and transit directions. The parking lot can be accessed on State Street and the main entrance is on the north side of the building. Upon entering, you will need to check in with security and show a valid ID.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? All emails should be sent to rfp@afterschoolmatters.org.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. E-tickets will also be accepted to attend.

Where will the event be held? The address is CPS Colman-Auditorium, 4640 S. State St, Chicago, IL 60609. Enter through the main entrance and please show a valid ID when checking in with security.

Is there an event capacity? Yes. The event capacity for the venue is no more than 100 participants.
