Welcome to an extraordinary culinary journey through Italy, led by Master Chef Gianluca Deiana Abis. Our starting point is Liguria, home to the stunning coastal city of Genoa, where one of the most famous cold sauces in the world was born—Pesto alla Genovese. But forget the food processor! In this class, you’ll learn the true way to make pesto: with a mortar and pestle, just as it has been done for centuries.

From there, we travel to Emilia-Romagna, the heart of Italian gastronomy, famous for its Mortadella, Prosciutto di Parma, and rich Bolognese sauce. Here, you will roll up your sleeves to make fresh egg Tagliatelle pasta completely from scratch—a true Italian staple.

Once your masterpiece is plated, we will gather to enjoy the most authentic, hand-crafted plate of pasta you can find outside of Italy—no passport required! To complete your experience, each class includes a hand-selected Italian appetizer chosen daily by Chef Gianluca, as well as a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail of your choice.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21 and over are welcome to purchase drinks at the bar. Outside drinks are not allowed.
