About this event

Emotional healing isn’t linear.

At different points in our lives, many of us crave deeper integration, greater self-trust, and practical tools to navigate the emotional complexity of real life. Old patterns may still surface. The nervous system may still get dysregulated. We might still get overwhelmed, shut down, or feel lost. And while progress is possible, you might be wondering:

How do I keep going?

How do I live this work, not just learn it?

This in-person, experiential workshop is open to all women, and gender diverse individuals who are committed to personal growth and emotional healing, and offers a great follow up for our graduates of the 6-week Healing Anger Group for Women.

Using a blend of somatic practices, creative expression, and integrative psychotherapy, we’ll explore emotional regulation, deepen body-based awareness, and reconnect with the inner wisdom that already lives inside you.In this intimate and supported space, you will co-create a personal emotional map, a powerful tool crafted through art, body-awareness, and group dialogue. We will map what lives within to help you better understand your Window of Tolerance (Learn more about this in our latest blog), track emotional patterns, and build compassionate strategies to meet yourself with clarity and calm, especially in moments that used to feel overwhelming.Whether you’re seeking closure, reconnection, or simply a place to land and keep growing, this immersive workshop offers the tools, support, and community to continue your healing journey with purpose and presence.

By joining this workshop, you will…

  • Develop a deeper, personalized understanding of your Window of Tolerance
  • Learn somatic tools to regulate yourself in moments of stress, anxiety, or disconnection
  • Use creative techniques (drawing, writing, collage) to map your emotional landscape
  • Connect physical sensations with emotional patterns to enhance awareness and healing
  • Create a visual emotional map that you can continue to work with after the workshop
  • Be witnessed and supported in the community through safe and intentional group sharing

The group is limited to 8 participants in order to honour, protect, and respect each person’s process and presence.
