This special Ready-Set-Rent workshop is designed specifically for Certificate of Preference (COP) holders and their descendants, who receive priority in the housing lottery for Lark Landing — Mercy Housing’s upcoming 100% affordable development in Transbay.

During this session, our housing counselors will provide personalized assistance to help you prepare and complete your online application during the workshop while applications are open.

Representatives from Mercy Housing will also be present to answer questions, share progress photos, blueprints, and renderings, and help you learn more about the homes opening in 2026.
