• The 1:1:1 formula and other essential ratios
• Mixing, bulk fermentation, folding, shaping, and scoring techniques
• Baking tips for achieving beautiful rise, texture, and flavor
• How to incorporate inclusions, discard recipes, and more!
This masterclass blends technique with intuition so you can leave feeling empowered to bake confidently at home. You’ll also receive a detailed informational handout, my tried-and-true tips, and plenty of time for Q&A. Come hungry because you will also get to sample my sourdough bread flavors as well!

This class is held in my home so please be respectful of that. Street parking is available :)
** CLASS REQUIREMENT: You must purchase a 6 Quart Dutch Oven Pot before coming to this class because you will be leaving with sourdough bread that will need to be baked the next day. OR you can come to the class with a 9x5 loaf pan and I can show you how to bake sourdough bread in a loaf pan, but this pan must be brought to the class.
