In-person class: Handmade Ricotta Ravioli (Miami)

Discover the art of handmade pasta in this interactive cooking class.

You’ll start by learning how to craft fresh pasta dough from scratch, then transform it into delicate ravioli pockets filled with a luscious blend of ricotta and earthy mushrooms. Along the way, you’ll master essential pasta-making techniques- rolling, filling, and shaping your ravioli with confidence. To finish, we’ll prepare a silky mushroom cream sauce that perfectly complements the dish. By the end of class, you’ll not only enjoy a delicious meal but also gain versatile skills you can use to create endless pasta variations at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
