This in-person class prepares expectant families for the birthing experience, and is recommended to be taken during the third trimester. Only one ticket/payment required per couple. Light lunch will be provided. Open to expecting parents in the community.

- Signs and symptoms of labor
- Early, active & transitional labor
- Procedures common in Labor & Delivery
- Relaxation & breathing techniques
- Cesarean section
- Pain medication/epidural management
