In Person: Blanket Making and Craft Kit Assembly
Overview
Who this In Person Event is for:
Ages 4-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome but may find the event to be less meaningful and fulfilling.
What you’ll be doing:
Every parent wants the best care for their kids when they are sick! Join Seeds of Caring as we teach our kids about the services and support that Ronald McDonald House Charities Central Ohio provides to families with children facing medical challenges. Kids will take a brief tour of the house, then collaboratively make easy no-sew blankets, and assemble craft kits for the RMHC kids to enjoy.
Specific Instructions:
All supplies will be provided.
Why you'll be asked to pay a supply fee and donate:
On the next page, you'll be asked to pay a fee to offset supply costs for this event. These fees are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your registration later, please know that your fee will go toward our efforts to create more meaningful service-focused programs for kids.
Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds.
We never want supply fees to prevent someone from participating in a Seeds of Caring project. If you would like assistance covering your supply fees, please email programs@seedsofcaring.org and we will register you for free, no questions asked.
