This is an IN-PERSON class at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This class is available only for first-time parents who are also clients at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This registration is for the full series on Thursdays 8/14, 8/21, 8/28, 9/4, 9/11, 9/18 from 6 to 8 pm CST.

Join us for our Birth Journey Childbirth Class happening at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This in-person class will kick off on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will run every Thursday until September 18, 2025.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through everything you need to know about childbirth, from labor and delivery to postpartum care. You'll also have the chance to meet other expectant parents and build a support network for your journey ahead.

Are tickets per person or per couple?

One ticket covers the couple.

When should I take this class?

Take this class in the third trimester of pregnancy, between 30 and 36 weeks.

Do I need to sign up for Breastfeeding Foundations, Understanding Your Newborn, or Comfort Measures?

This series includes Comfort Measures, Understanding Your Newborn, and Breastfeeding Foundations. Please do not register for separate classes on those topics.
