About this event

Portrait Signs is a Deaf-led gallery talk in American Sign Language. Tours explore a variety of topics related to portraiture, history, and biography, from special exhibitions to the permanent collection. Dates and tour topics are continually updated. Select tours include English interpretation.

Topic: Highlights of "Felix Gonzalez-Torres: Always to Return,” an exhibition focused on one of the leading artists—and portraitists—of the twentieth century.

Topic: In conjunction with the museum's Pride Family Festival, the tour will highlight LGBTQ+ stories, including Stormé at Stonewall, by LJ Roberts.
