Welcome to our special fundraising evening! Here’s how you can join in:
1. Choose Your Adventure: At the entrance, let us know if you want to join the raffle, the auction, or both. If you join the auction, we’ll hand you a themed paddle or bidding card with a number on it.
2. Raffle Fun: Buy raffle tickets for a chance to win various prizes. We’ll draw winners throughout the night.
3. Auction Time: When it’s auction time, get ready to place your bids. Each creative service up for auction comes with a personal touch: the person offering the service will give a quick intro, share what they do, and talk about who they’ve worked with. So you’ll know exactly what you’re bidding on and get excited about it.
4. Winning and Payment: If you win, congrats! Before you leave, you’ll just pay the amount you bid, and 50% of proceeds go directly to the creative you bid on and rest to supporting the film.
The night will feature:
🌸 A large-scale Polaroid installation of over 300 photographs, suspended throughout the historic hall surrounded by medditerrean flora.
🎶 Live music performances by special guests.
🎟️ A raffle targeted to creatives/filmmakers/content creators; prizes ranging up to £400 in value (raffle tickets available at entrance).
🥂 Drinks, light snacks, community, and conversation in a warm, creative space.
Raffle prizes include, but are not limited to, a six-week customized training program with a personal trainer, a one-hour sports massage targeted to help unwind post sets and location shoot.
This isn’t just an exhibition - it’s a gathering of people who believe in the power of art to move, connect, and inspire. Every ticket and raffle entry directly supports the production of In Full Bloom, helping bring this deeply personal story to life in Italy in May of 2026.
