About the artist:

Jeff Ripple is a Florida artist whose studio-based works are derived from on-site plein air studies, sketches, and photographs. His paintings focus on Florida's ever-changing panoramas of sky, light, and water, and achieve a kind of poetic realism that invites contemplation of our country's historical relationship to our natural environment.
