I’ve created a system called In-Balance—a holistic practice that blends intuitive movement, somatic awareness, and experiential learning. This approach unlocks what I call the blueprint of all functional movement—a source code that supports healing, joy, self-love, and nervous system regulation.
This experience will guide you into deep connection with who you really are by using somatic awareness to access your body’s intelligence, emotional clarity, and inner wisdom—so you can live your life from the inside out.
When you are connected somatically, your emotions can move freely, your nervous system can regulate, and your mind can make clear, grounded decisions. You show up differently—in your relationships, your health, your leadership, and your everyday life—because you’re no longer trying to fix or control yourself. You’re listening and following your deep intuition. You’re leading from wholeness.
This is a guided somatic movement experience, where you’ll be invited to move the way your body wants to move. It’s not about choreography, exercise, or doing it “right.” It’s about authentic expression—an invitation to drop into the body and allow what’s alive in you to move through.
You’ll be guided to move with music in a way that’s completely your own. No rules, no pressure—just a safe space to release, soften, and return to your body’s truth.

ABOUT NITZAN:
I am a Certified Somatic Coach with decades of experience helping individuals
reconnect with their bodies and emotions for deeper healing and personal growth.
As a child, I experienced significant trauma. I know what it feels like to be
disconnected, shut down, and unsure of how to move forward. But over 30 years ago, I
discovered that there was a new way to move through life—one that didn’t come from
the mind alone, but from the body. That revelation set me on a personal journey of
transformation that led to the creation of the In-Balance Method.
Since then, I’ve helped many of people reclaim their vitality, their voice, and their
connection to self.
My mission is to guide you on a transformative journey where you can:
- Unlock the wisdom of your body
- Overcome emotional and mental blockages
- Experience more self-love, confidence, and resilience
- Build nourishing relationships from a place of self-respect and truth

mindfulness, and body-based therapeutic tools, I help you move beyond fear-based
