Momentus Capital is working to identify opportunities for programs and/or partnerships that further support entrepreneurs in the Washington DC metro area counties. In partnership with Urbane, a firm dedicated to community wealth-building, Momentus Capital is facilitating a market study that includes speaking directly with small businesses and service providers to gather perspectives on what’s working well in the small business ecosystem and what is most needed. The team is hosting this workshop to engage local business owners to understand their experiences with and ideas for, the network of resources.

Momentus Capital believes the best way to grow opportunities for small businesses in the region is to collaborate with all stakeholders to build on existing strengths and understand the history and experiences of the local market. Your participation will help guide Momentus Capital as it seeks to bolster current small business support efforts and work with area partners to fill in any gaps. The market study, including insights from entrepreneurs via this workshop, will be used to advocate for catalytic investments in the local ecosystem for thriving small businesses.
