Improv for the Inner Critic: No Pressure Playtime
By John Valente
Overview
Shake off adult anxiety & return to play! Understand your mind & practice spontaneity in a fun, supportive space. All skill levels welcome.
Fact: Unless you plan out everything you're going to say before you say it, you already do improv in every conversation you have.
This event is not about being funny. It's not about being a good performer or speaker. It's a fun and playful experience designed to help you understand your mind better, take the pressure off yourself, and go a little outside your comfort zone in a supportive space.
What To Expect:
We'll do a series of individual and group exercises that will help you shake off adult anxiety and go back to the mindset of impromptu play you enjoyed naturally as a kid!
- Mindset Focus: Understand the thoughts that get in the way of having fun
- Action Focus: Practice spontaneity without judgment
- Supportive Space: Build confidence together in a no-pressure environment.
See you there!
