This free hurricane-recovery workshop is offered through Project C.O.P.E. (Caring for Our People in Emergencies) in partnership with Volunteers of America of Florida, supporting Pinellas County residents impacted by Hurricane Milton.
Project C.O.P.E. provides free emotional support and connections to local resources to help individuals and families manage stress and continue their recovery after the storm.
During this workshop, participants will learn simple tools to ease storm-related stress, build resilience, and find supportive community connections.
