Improv for Confidence? Research has shown that as little as 20 minutes of improv practice can increase social confidence and tolerance of uncertainty. This space is hosted by Elizabeth Lanier (she/her/Liz), an actor-activist who knows the importance of using laughter as medicine. In just 90 minutes, Liz will help us understand how whole body activities like acting and make believe are essential to personal confidence and collective brilliance.
