Overview

In this 6 week class we will focus on improv through a series of exercises geared towards 3rd- 6th graders. For new or experienced students.

About our curriculum

Improv is play that is structured to teach collaboration and agreement. This class will introduce the idea of "Yes And" while playing games and learning to make spontaneous scenes. Improv is fun and helps kids learn to get along, build on ideas, and discover their own strengths!

All youth and teen classes at The Lab are lead by experienced comedians and theater educators with a passion for comedy. Our curriculum is designed to teach both new and experienced students the principles of improvisation and collaboration.
