Improv 101: Intro to Improv (Tuesdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

Explore the fundamentals of improv - agreement, commitment, teamwork, spontaneity and listening through fun exercises and group play..

Dates: The class runs Tuesdays from 01/13/2026 to 03/03/2026, starting 01/13/2026 and running for 8 weeks.

A showcase will be scheduled as an additional opportunity on an evening during the week of March 8.

Instructor: Blair Curcie

Blair crept her way into the Coalition Theater when she needed a new fun hobby and now is very excited to teach 101! You can find Blair at the theater laughing loudly at many a show and occasionally on stage with an indie team of friends and/or in a zipper (sweeping the nation). In her free time, Blair likes to relax by weeding her overgrown garden, walking Kiwi the dog around the block, and doing (and re-doing) projects around the house.

The Coalition Theater is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Once classes begin, all sales are final. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending or completing your registered class. While we do our best to accommodate such situations, refunds are awarded only as credit for a future class or shows and are subject to the discretion of The Coalition Theater management. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decisions regarding refunds will be made at the discretion of the theater.
