As part of Welcoming Ottawa Week (WOW), this special event celebrates newcomers and the vibrant contributions they make to our city. Whether you’ve just arrived or have been here for years, whether you're exploring a business idea or are already running one—this space is for you.

I want to go but I don't have anyone to go with. Can I attend alone?

Absolutely! In fact, most of attendees go alone and leave with a bunch of new friends. This is one of the most welcoming events for people coming solo.

I don't have a business yet but I have an idea. Can I go?

Yes! Many people who are interested in opening a business but are just at the idea stage come to these events to start connecting and get inspired.

I am not an immigrant. Can I still come?

Everyone is welcome! The focus of our group is immigrant entrepreneurs, but if you are entrepreneurial, welcoming and willing to make connections and support the community, you are more than welcomed!
