What is the time commitment?

IFjam takes place on campus at Caltech in Pasadena on Friday Oct 10th (6-9PM), Saturday Oct 11th (10AM-5PM) and Sunday Oct 12th (10AM-5PM). As this a participation-driven event, attendees are committed to joining for the full duration. Location details provided with registration.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, although places are limited and invitation-only. Anyone from Caltech and surrounding community may apply. Past events have been waitlisted; if you have a ticket and your ability to attend changes, please let us know right away so that your place may be taken by someone else. Food is provided.

Who is leading this event?

Stuart Candy is an award-winning futurist, artist, process designer and creative producer. Currently Distinguished Visiting Professor in the School of Architecture, Art and Design at Tec de Monterrey in Mexico City, he has collaborated with the UN, BBC, Smithsonian, NASA JPL, and The New York Times.
