Poster registration: February 15, 2017

- Poster Session:

Abstracts for the poster session should be e-mailed to in a 1-pg, 12 pt. font, 1 in. margin format with a title, presenter, and description. Please register by February 15 for a poster presentation, but feel free to e-mail the abstract before February 20.

The maximum poster size is 4 ft x 4 ft.

- Hotel:

A block of 30 rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, One Bethesda Metro Center, Bethesda, MD 20814 (03/21-24/2017). The room rate is $242 / night + tax. Please send an e-mail to and indicate which IMAG agency representatives you would like to meet (NSF, NIH, NASA, DOE, DOD, USDA, FDA, IARPA, VA), and which working groups you are interested in.

- Transportation:

  • The Natcher Conference Center (Building 45) is on the NIH campus, approximately 300 yards from the Medical Center stop on the Metro Red Line.
  • Metered parking for visitors is available in front of the main Library (Building 38). Please do not park in the "NIH EMPLOYEE ONLY" spaces or other spaces unauthorized for public use. You may be ticketed or towed.

- Security:

  • All guests to the NIH will be required to go through the NIH Visitor Gateway Center and show a photo ID to receive a temporary 1-day visitor's pass.

- Wireless internet:

  • Wireless is free at NIH and can be accessed using the NIH-Guest-Network.
