Illumination Village 2025! "Tomorrow, Today"

Please read before purchasing your dues:

By paying village dues, you are reserving space in the camp you choose during registration, so please make sure to choose the correct camp.

Camping within the Village obligates you to complete at least 2 village volunteer shifts that support the village 24/7 interactive infrastructure. Every camp must also contribute some kind of interactive experience at the Burning Man event within the village. Talk to  your camp lead for details on how you can help with your camp's contribution.

Tickets cannot be refunded or held for a future year but they can be sold to another villager for 2025. If you need to transfer dues please contact your camp lead to arrange the transfer within your own camp before contacting support@illuminationvillage.com to arrange for them to be transferred to a a villager in another camp.

Read the Sexual Misconduct Awareness, Education and Prevention Information.

Check to see that you can login to your Burner Profile and note the email address associated with your profile.

A quick note on what's provided by the Village to you:

- Yes, we have amazing shiny showers. BYO Sun shower bag.

- Yes, we will have gray water disposal.

- Yes, we have power for your art, and for personal devices under 10 Amps. All ACs require paying an additional fee and have a 10 amp limit. Check to make sure your devices can connect to the village grid.

- Yes, It'll be flat and dusty. 

- Yes, your favorite freaks and weirdos will be there to fill your days with mayhem!

What is not provided for you: 

- No village porta-potties, although intrepid camps can organize their own rental.

- No RV pumping coordination, but you can arrange your own RV pumping.

- No, we do not have water for you, but some camps order their own water cubes which you can get in on. 

- No devices over 10 Amps can be plugged in.

A Word about Village Participation:

Illumination Village is an artist community of hard-working, independent camps. We do our best to provide you with solid facilities and inexpensive camper fees.

The Village earns Steward Sale tickets and our awesome Esplanade placement because of the 'art and interactive spaces' that our camps bring!

We want to keep Illumination Village artsy - therefore, for each camp's presence in the Village and the ticket sale, we will prioritize camps that bring beauty and interactive experience to our visitors!

What makes a Camp In the Village?

-Camps must bring and install art or interactive spaces in the public frontage of the Village.

-Camps have a camp leader (or two).

-Camp leaders will be accountable for communicating with organizers for camp mapping, power needs, art installations, volunteering, upholding the Village social contract, and communicating with their campers.

-Camps volunteer to build and create the Village.
