No matter where you’re up to in the journey of exploring Defence and your business opportunities within the industry, it's now time to get the next level of understanding to assist in navigating your way with this free workshop.
With over 30 years of Defence experience, Tim will share insights and lessons learned from above and below the line, to help suppliers better understand their obligations and avoid common pitfalls when entering into Defence contracts.
The workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of what occurs post their designation as Preferred Supplier for a contract with Defence or a Defence Prime. It will cover a range of topics including:
- Above and Below the line contracting (Above the line contract = help Defence manage the project/program and Below the line contract = deliver part of the project/program itself)
- Contract negotiations
- Key activities and critical considerations leading up to contract commencement and subsequently in delivery.
