Do I need any experience or prior training?

No experience is required. Come ready to learn and we'll provide all of the tools you need to be successful in receiving a CCL license in Illinois.

Do I need to already have a FOID card?

You do not need to already have a FOID card, but I do recommend applying for one as soon as possible.

I will provide a 22LR caliber pistol and enough ammunition for you to do your qualification. You may use your own gun if you desire.
