The Institute for High Quality Care (IHQC) is offering a 3-part series of project management learning labs that support QI efforts in safety net organizations. These half-day trainings will explore project management tools and strategies from the perspective of how they are applied in quality and process improvement initiatives. These learning labs are ideal for staff at all project management skill levels — especially for staff who, in addition to their daily responsibilities, are supporting or leading quality and performance improvement work.

In "Introduction to Project Management in QI," participants will review traditional materials around agendas, minutes, and project plans, and explore strategies in finding time for project management, interpersonal communications, and making project management engaging and fun.

Participants will receive access to project management tools and templates and in-workshop coaching on how to apply these tools in their current work. A light breakfast and refreshments will be served at each session.
