Build Confidence in Food Safety with HACCP Training

Join the 2-half day online workshop on Introductory HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) to understand how to strengthen your food safety programs and meet global standards.

Date & Time: November 5th & 6th, 8 AM - 12 PM (half day on both days)

This hands-on workshop uses the official SQF training materials but adds real-life practical advice to fulfill requirements of the code taught by an Official SQF Training Center. With a focus on continuous improvement, practical activities provide attendees the opportunity to align their existing program with the SQF Code and build skills that will enable an environment where food safety is a top priority.

This training course is an internationally recognized training method of identifying and managing food safety related risk and, when central to an active food safety program, can provide your customers, the public, and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed. Students will get a digital manual, practice test, and an attendance certificate with the SQF Institute logo, our logo, and license number.

Please note that participants must attend all HACCP training webinars to receive an International HACCP Alliance seal and certificate.

Who Should Attend: Plant HACCP team members, management, quality assurance managers, corporate executives, and anyone developing or overseeing a HACCP plan

The course will help you identify hazards associated with raw materials and process steps and assign controls. You will learn to:

  • Understand the 5 preliminary steps and 7 principles of HACCP
  • Determine the likelihood and severity of raw material hazards and process hazards
  • Identify critical control points (CCP’s) and define critical limits
