Come join us at Iron Health Briarcliff for a day filled with fitness, fun, and recovery and wellness! We're creating an experience like no other!

This in-person event is inspired by the popular HYROX challenge, designed to push your limits through functional fitness and test your strength. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this event is for everyone!

Whether you're looking to physically challenge yourself through fitness or want a day to recover and chill - the Doctors of Physical Therapy at Iron Health and our expert personal trainers, as well as other local health and wellness vendors will be offering goods and services (some of which are included in ticket pricing, see below for more information).

Oh, and before we forget to mention... of course there will be food and beverages too. From food trucks to coffee and juices + MORE (depending on your ticket option you will receive vouchers for food and beverages).

There are 3 ticket options, please see below for the different ticket prices and what they include:

SWEAT + RECOVER:

For athletes that want to compete in HYROX inspired, functional fitness competiton. The work is listed below the pricing descriptions. There will be multiple heats/hour (heats will be shared 1 week before the competition).

EARLY BIRD PRICING: $57/person (prices go up to $67 on 8/8).

Includes entrance into fitness competition, 1 free meal from one of our food truck vendors and 1 free beverage as well as full access to the wellness services being offered by Iron Health. Please note, if you want to sign up for wellness services and products not being offered by Iron Health that is the partipants responsibility and is not included in the ticket pricing.

RECOVER:

For wellness junkies that do not want to compete in the fitness portion of this event but do want to experience recovery services and eat some good food!
