This isn't just a class; it's a powerful healing journey designed to help you shed old wounds, process deep emotions, and create space for profound transformation.Through dynamic breathing techniques, curated music, gentle guidance, and shared connection, you'll embark on an inner exploration that can lead to:

Your Breathwork Journey: Get ready for an experience that transcends typical meditation. Our breathwork sessions are designed to be active and deeply engaging, often leading to euphoric sensations, tingling, and powerful emotional releases. It's common to experience tears, laughter, or other sounds as you move through blockages. You'll lie comfortably on your mat, using provided eye coverings and quality headphones to amplify your journey. We'll move through 10 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of active breathwork, and conclude with 10 minutes of calming meditation and sound healing.Space is limited to 24 participants to ensure an intimate and supportive environment. - Dress comfy! Loose clothing is best.
- Hydrate! Bring a refillable water bottle (filtered water available).
- Comfort is Key: Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else to get cozy. (Limited yoga mats are available if you don't have one.)

It is not recommended for individuals with a history of aneurysms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, vision problems, osteoporosis, recent physical injuries/surgeries, severe psychiatric symptoms, or seizures, or those taking heavy medication.
