About this event

Who We Are

We’re IGNiTE—a dynamic, supportive, and well-established networking group made up of professionals who are committed to building real connections, sharing referrals with integrity, and growing both personally and professionally.

For over 5 years, our members have met weekly to strengthen relationships, learn from one another, and expand their impact. We value collaboration over pressure—there are no referral quotas here. Instead, we encourage members to refer only when trust has been built and the timing is right.

Unlike rigid networking models, IGNiTE fosters growth through a mix of relationship-building and twice-monthly training or roundtable discussions. We’re here not just to grow our businesses, but to become better leaders, colleagues, and communicators.

What Makes Us Different

  • No Referral Quotas – Share referrals only when you’re ready. We believe real trust creates lasting results.
  • Fully Virtual Weekly Meetings – Connect from anywhere via Zoom—no commute, no parking hassles.
  • Professional & Personal Development – Twice a month, we host deep-dive roundtable discussions or trainings.
  • Seat-Based Exclusivity – You’ll never compete with someone in the same industry for business or referrals.
  • Quarterly Luncheons – Join us 2–4 times per year in person to connect more casually and deepen relationships.
  • Established & Supportive – Our members have been meeting consistently for over five years.

We look forward to your visit and hope you'll consider joining us as a member!

Frequently asked questions

What makes IGNiTE different from other networking groups?

We don’t require referral quotas. We focus on building trust first, so you can refer when it feels right. Plus, we meet online—no commuting!

How often do you meet?

We meet weekly on Tuesday mornings from 8–9am via Zoom, with optional open networking before and after.

What’s a “seat-based” group?

We only allow one person per industry or specialty, so you won’t be competing with others in your field for referrals or visibility.

Can I visit before joining?

Yes! You’re welcome to attend as a guest up to four times before applying for membership.

Do I have to give referrals right away?

Not at all. We encourage referrals only after you’ve built a genuine connection with members.

What kind of meetings do you hold?

Each month includes a mix of member showcases, roundtable discussions, and 1-on-1 networking to support both business and personal growth.

Do you ever meet in person?

Yes! We host in-person lunches 2–4 times a year for casual connection and community-building.
