Scott Weinert is a seasoned entrepreneur and Co-Founder and CTO of Atomic. He has spent his career building fintech infrastructure that powers the next generation of financial services.
Before Atomic, Scott co-founded Unbill, a bill management platform that was successfully acquired by Q2 Holdings. With a passion for solving complex technical problems at scale, he’s played a critical role in shaping how consumers interact with their finances—placing flexibility, access, and control directly in users’ hands.
Today, at Atomic, Scott leads the development of the platform that’s become the framework for connected banking. Atomic enables financial institutions and fintechs to grow direct deposits, increase spend, and boost customer engagement by embedding capabilities like direct deposit switching, income verification, payment method updates, and subscription management directly into banking apps.
Atomic was founded in 2019 by Jordan Wright and Scott Weinert, and joined by Andrea Martone. With over $70 million in funding, Atomic now serves 6 million+ users annually and is trusted by 8 of the top 10 U.S. financial institutions.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys skiing and mountain biking—often exploring the outdoors with the same energy he brings to building the future of finance.
