Join us for Ignite & Connect, a high-energy speed networking event designed to help you make meaningful, professional connections—fast. Hosted at the Residence Inn Lakeland, this event brings together driven individuals looking to grow their networks and spark new opportunities.

Similar to speed dating, each participant will have 1 minute to introduce themselves, share what they do, and highlight what they’re looking for—followed by 1 minute from the person across from them. After 2 minutes, the bell rings, and it’s time to rotate!

We’ll have two rounds of 30-minute speed networking, followed by a casual mixer open to all attendees. Whether you’re a seasoned networker or brand new to the game, this is your chance to connect, collaborate, and ignite relationships that can move your business or career forward.

Who should attend this event?

Anyone looking to grow their professional network in a meaningful and efficient way! Whether you're a business owner, entrepreneur, job seeker, or just wanting to meet new professionals, this event is a great way to connect with like-minded individuals.

What is speed networking and how does it work?

Speed networking is a fast-paced, structured format where you'll have 1 minute to introduce yourself and your business, followed by 1 minute to hear from the person across from you. Then you rotate! We'll run two 30-minute rounds, so you’ll meet many people in a short amount of time.

What’s included in my ticket?

Your $15 ticket grants access to the speed networking portion of the event (limited to 40 attendees). You'll also enjoy appetizers from Crab Daddy’s food truck and access to the cash bar (please note: cash only—no cards accepted). The Mixer from 6:00 to 7:30 PM is free and open to all.

Absolutely! The mixer is free and open to anyone who wants to network in a more casual setting—just come ready to mingle, make connections, and have a good time. Be there at 6pm to enjoy this portion of the event.
