Now serving up fun & flirty cocktails, come dine & drink differently this winter with our new Igloo & Chalet experiences. Select your experience below for an extraordinary time under the twinkling night stars.
Igloos & Chalets seat up to 6 guests and are available. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco will be provided upon your arrival. Valet is also complimentary with validation:
Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights with a choice of three time slots:
• Igloo or Chalet: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm | $250 Rental Fee + $250 Food & Beverage Minimum
• Igloo or Chalet: 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm | $250 Rental Fee + $250 Food & Beverage Minimum
• Igloo Only: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm | $400 Rental Fee + $350 Food & Beverage Minimum
All food selections serve up to 6 guests and include choices for Winter Picnic Baskets, Fruit, Nut & Berries Displays, Market Charcuterie Boards, Georgia Grown Crudité and The Sweet Treats Boxes.

***Your selections and all other food and beverages will be charged on the day of. To book now, you are only being charged the rental fee associated with your booking.
Your server will also provide you with an a-la-carte beverage menu of thematic cocktails, mocktails, wines by the glass and our Bottles & Bonbons offering.
Need-To-Knows
*All Food & Beverage will be charged the day of your experience. If the Food & Beverage minimum is not met based on ordered items, the difference will be charged in Igloo or Chalet rental.
*Igloo Rental, Food and Beverage will be subject to a 24% service charge (gratuity) and 7.75% fee. All service charge will be charged day of event. You will see a $60 service charge for igloo rental and additonal 24% on any F&B ordered prior and/or day of service.
*Upon arrival, you will need to provide a credit card and sign a Rental Agreement for the Igloos & Chalets.
*As stated in the Rental Agreement, all reservations are non-refundable. *However, if The Hotel at Avalon needs to cancel your reservation for any reason, including inclement weather, you will be provided with either a full refund or the opportunity to move your reservation to a later date.
