Please join us for a night of industry and community presentations! Postmortems, live demos, and talks on game design, art, marketing, audio, community, social issues, and more, given by developers from the Twin Cities and all over the world.

Working at the intersection of game development and design history, Dr. Andrew Williams is a Professor at University of Wisconsin-Stout in the School of Art & Design. Williams’ game industry experience includes Art Director and lead environment artist on “The American Revolution Series” an episodic educational history game for middle and high school students.
Williams’ other game development experience includes co-Producer and lead developer for the historical videogame "Witness to the Revolution," game and narrative designer for the interactive exhibit “Play the Past” at the Minnesota History Center.
Williams is the author of the video game history textbook, History of Digital Games: Developments in Art, Design and Interaction. Williams also served as the Director for two nationally-ranked, career-focused Bachelor of Fine Arts university programs in game art and animation at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
